    well i kind of regret missing CM world now, but i have a question: one route takes a lot longer than the other. how do we propel the shift in thinking? 

    also jay speaks of learning, but i think it’s worth pointing out that in many cases, “entertaining” is just as important as teaching.

    Definitely insightful. Understanding that people are in the publishing business is key. More than ever, content is outweighing traditional seo. 

    Understanding keywords is obviously important but the content surrounding it is becoming vitally important as Google matures.
